Pallet Shelving How To Make A Wall Shelving Unit From 1 X 4 Recycled Wood Pallets.?

How to make a wall shelving unit from 1 x 4 recycled wood pallets.? - pallet shelving

I need some ideas together, how to get the drywall is installed and make sure to small sections of 1 x 4 recycled wood pallets, a wall shelf about 7 "x 7". The number of shelves, spacing and symmetry, an important concern. The protection of the pieces to make long runs and to use what kind of links in order to fortify the wall is the biggest concern - aesthetics are seconds. Form follows function. I would be happy suggestions.

Karen, a very hard wood pallets. Consider looking for a better device second side in a garage sale or thrift store. I wish you luck in your project.

Good luck with the use of recycled wood pallets. I have never used a palette that is still good enough wood to make furniture or shelving. It is rough, cracks and chips. It is cheaper wood, which they will find. Maybe luck, but I want to spend a little more and get good wood. 1x4 is not as expensive for what you want.

No problems dude, I met some very inspiring in these sites, very simple, but effective
If you have a simple rectangular box, made a series of layers of wood, stood up, took hold a few shelves, or if inrended sit on the floor, you can put some nice shelf or a trip around the bottom and above the shelves ,
I hope that helped you!

Use a stud finder to find studs. A magnet is also the screws holding the plasterboard to the studs. What are you able to use screws instead of nails. Nails resolve over time, looking for ever. Before the demise of a screw, always before drilling a hole (pilot hole) in the woods. Otherwise, the timber is divided into the screw. I have two suggestions for a rack system. One, The Home Depot, etc. .. Shelf systems sold. It starts with the metal tube about four feet long with slits through it. You create the image for the pen. Hooks fit into the slots. Shelves go on the brackets. Two, it is possible to establish a framework of 2 "x2" s and construct attached to the wall and possibly the roof and / or soil. This could be good. 2 "x2" s are not very big - but robust. The nails on the wall should be 16 "apart. Build five or six rectangles (7'x2 ') 2x2, and add a pair of supports for the shelves in the middle. It was very similar to a ladder. Attach the five or six fields, the poles. to make the structure strong - live in the 1x3 on the shelfto another. Maybe you want to play with five or six rectangles. The exterior may be longer than the others because it touches the ground. ) The inside (attached to stud might be a little shorter. Another factor that plays on the field "/" in the middle. It should contribute to the 1x3's Come Together - construction, so that one (or two) something special. They represent the platform supports both sides of the rectangle. It's simple - the area of three or four pieces of 2x2 support shelf. The room is like rungs on a ladder. 2x2 then, especially the latter, put two 7 support "at the end of the platform." I built a scale. Then, on top of such a case, you add three or four pieces of 2x2 to the media shelf. They have a double staircase. There are a lot more room to the shelves, where connect short pieces of 1x3's Come Together in touch.

I have something like that, same.First but on a smaller scale, but I think it should ensure that I work outside the pallets with 20-gauge wood screws or bolts, to a certain delay kind. Then mount the wall, I cut a manufacturer of waste nail 2 by 4, 2by2, or anything else likely to move between the planks of the lower left and the right shape, the wood glue to both ends, screws, then nail between at least two boards.now find their way to the witch; the platform (pallet), then you want to screw the bolt in the wall through the nailer, it will give more support think. Now that the hard part is to find your own ropes, chains, wire, or what happens to your decor, and this is before you support Mush Mount shelf. Now hook or other means to the front of the platform string, thread, or what ever come in contact. After assembly, a hook or something similar, the wall of support from his son, ropes, chains or whatever. The a good key is to the studs on the wall and try to hole in the middleShelf on which the strings for his support to the front of the platform on both sides. I hang a shelf with old photo stainless steel wire, and I get many complements thereof. Hope this helps
