Hello, I live in Harrow, North London and would like to begin lessons, know someone from a place near and at what cost.
I am willing to travel in Hertfordshire, and also to other areas nearyby only want the best price?
As I heard that you can be riding for less than € 20 per hour, and I'm not sure if that's true get?

I doubt you can good lessons for less than € 20 per hour to obtain.
Horse Contessa at Colliers End, Ware is probably the best school in the region, if you learn to walk properly.
If you are looking for quality you can not find the least expensive, you probably will pay the tuition fees. Probably best to go for the group or semi-private lessons, without thinking about their finances.
Better get a lesson every two weeks a bad lesson every week!
