Camping Trailer Insurance Trailer Park, Is This A Good Choice By The Ocean?

Trailer park, is this a good choice by the ocean? - camping trailer insurance

For years, my husband and I are planning a seaside holiday or North Carolina and South Carolina.
My colleague has a trailer, caravan, at a resort, camping Groud, SC. Some of them are constantly on a site that you pay for a lease, but the purchase of the real structure.
I have a list of supporters that are for sale, and it seems so cheap! 8 persons $ 49K? Some of them are very nice too!
But what is the resale value of the assets? Are they simply get rid of if they want to sell?
I assume that insurance is high, the premiums for insurance against floods.
Comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Oh, suggestions for other areas are great too! I do not want to spend much money. Even a Fixer Upper would be good.

It is very difficult to get a loan for an RV. Unless you have perfect credit and large down payment, most banks will not touch. The reason is the resale value of them is practically nil. I'm not very familiar with the "complex" type properties, but for the typical mobile home when buying a property is almost exclusively used to pay the earth, and they do not own land in this case I am sure that 49K is a bargain . Much cheaper than a house, but I think I probably sell difficulties. As I said, I'm no expert, but I saw the passage of time some of the trailers that are for sale on the market were to give an idea of how long it takes to sell.

I live in) Coastal SC (Beaufort and I can not imagine anywhere in our region, which corresponds to a prize to the period of the water is like. In our region there are now many areas where the trailers are not carried out because of the possibility of hurricanes. Resale value on a trailer is very low, unless a foundation. Whatever you do, do not buy it without looking.

Resale is on cash basis. The vast majority of creditors to finance custom homes Moblie - I do not know who to do. And for your information I have is usually the highest resale value.
