Are you talking about chicken thighs or wings? If you have the legs, I'd say, 2 thighs per person, with wings (like Buffalo wings), I'd say, 6 per person
A general rule, expect half the people you invite.
So about 75 people. That being said about 2 chickens each, making up to 150 chickens.
I want to cook for his 175 or 200 on the safe side.
